My advice is that you should prepare yourself the same way you do before a pull (with ), Eclipse bar one cast away from Lunar Eclipse with starfall ready to pop. You'll have to handle 4 Raging Spirit, and you got 2 burst CD here to make sure at least 2 of them are dead, and one is around 10-15% hp by the end of the transition. Most difficult phase in my opinion, because of the RNG of the silence. There are no val'kyrs when you solo LK, so just try to deal the most damage you can, transition 2 occurs at 40.5% hp, by this time your burst CD should be ready to use. Soul Reaper : Can be quite tricky combined with Infest, just cast a healing touch before either Infest or Soul Reaper to top you off. Defile : Just use your Wild Charge as soon as it shows up. No more adds spawning in this phase, you'll just have to handle two new abilities :
If you have spare time, you can DoT LK, but only if you feel comfortable enough to do so. Always focus Raging Spirit with the lowest hp, you don't want to have two of them alive at the same time. If you managed to kill most of phase 1 minions, your starfall will take care of the first orbs, then you'll have to spam one of your DoT on every orb coming close to you. Frozen orbs : They'll spawn on LK and go toward you, if they manage to reach you you'll be bumped off the platform. Use your Celestial Alignment here, it should be (almost) ready. Raging Spirit : You'll curse them when they will chain silence you with Soul Shriek, that's the main RNG element that make this fight quite hard, so one solution : the faster you kill them, the less chance you get silenced. I would advise you to focus ghouls first, I'll explain below. Go on the border of the platform and clear the remaining minions. If you dealt correctly with the phase 1, you shouldn't have more than 2-3 ghouls, and a half-life horror. You can use both your burst CD at the very beginning of the fight, they should be ready for the beginning of the first transition. Multidot on newly spawned ghouls, this should be enough to kill them. Always make sure your two DoTs are ticking on LK. To achieve this, when LK summons the 3rd horror, just DoT it and single-target on LK. Your main concern is to reach 70.5% hp before LK summons the 4th Shambling Horror, thus you'll need to burst down them each time LK summons one. But if by any chance you get bumped, use your Wild Charge to get back on the platform. Drudge Ghoul : Not an issue, just make sure you don't have more than 4-5 ghouls still alive when you reach 70% hp on LK. Note that when they reach low HP, they get a permanent undispellable enrage buff, stackable with the previous enrage. Shambling Horror : Quite inoffensive, they can hit quite hard when they enrage, you'll have to dispel them asap with Soothe. If your Nature's Swiftness is on cooldown, should save you. Be prepared to hit your instant macro (if you don't have one, check at the end of the guide). Phase 1 can be a bit tricky about this, because of enraged Shambling Horror who could put you at a low HP level. Infest : Just be sure to permanently have a Rejuvenation ticking, it should be enough healing most of time. 
This boss has many abilities that will give you headaches if you don't pay attention close enough, here are some things you have to check : I won't give any exhaustive rotation, because it could vary widely between every moonkin attempting this fight, but you should make sure to have at least one of your burst spells (Incarnation or Ceslestial alignment) ready for the first seconds of the first transition, and both of them for the second transition (I felt like it was mandatory for me at least). transition 2 : there is a bit of RNG here, and then can be really frustrating.Ĭonsumables : flask, int potions (prepot will help), food transition 1 : its difficulty depends greatly on how you handled phase 1. phase 1 : not hard to handle but an accurate timing is needed to kill LK before the enrage timer. I found out there were 3 hard steps to take further : Being geared stuff would probably help greatly on transition phases and make the fight a lot easier. I did it with a 550 ilvl gear and T16 4-part. The Lich King is quite a demanding fight, thus it'll require an almost flawless execution at some crucial moments of the fight.
